What Causes Severe Muscle Cramps On The Upper Back?
i have severe musclecramps in my upper back and have the feeling i cant breathe properly for a while now. its worse wheni lay down on my back so much so i can only sleep on my side. when i breathe deeply i have a sharp pain in my left chest it feels often like a bubble i have cervical spindolosys can it be an issue coming from that or is it heart related?
