What Causes Severe Muscle Spasms Across The Shoulder And Left Arm?

I went to the hospital with deep muscle spams across my shoulder, and started having pain run down my left arm and some tightness of the chest. The er doctor did an enzymes test and said it was in the gray and kept me over night.. By next day my levels was in the normal range,, does this me a mild heart attach?

Hello,

I think, there is a need to see the diagnostic tests results properly and come to a conclusion. Even if there is nothing, all normal, that also, we need to be sure.

So, I would like to suggest some tests and ask you to take some drugs to prevent any future problem.

I would like to give some tests:

1. Complete Blood Test
2. ECG
3. Electromyography of the chest muscle
4. Test for Troponin I, T, CKMB
5. If possible, later, Coronary Angiogram
6. Lipid profile

I would like you to start this medication:
Aspirin 325 mg orally once a day for 1 month.

Follow these guidelines:

1. NO SMOKING NO ALCOHOL
2. Eat vegetables
3. No oily/spicy food.
4. Light exercise

Without delay, please do the test and post here in HCM, any doctor can follow you up. We have skilled and experienced doctors here.
