What Causes Severe Muscle Spasms All Over The Body?

I have mucles spams all over, mostly myback. However what as started is mynon ability to stand up. If i am sitting it is difficult to stand up almost impossible to stand also not to be gross but cannot get up from the toliet with out assistants i AM FALLING sleep everywhere. Im going to lose my job. I am 5ft 9 and 135 pounds.

For muscle spasm all over the body you can take some muscle relaxants like biozobid-plus or osteonac-th along with some multivitamin like neurobian-plus or meganeuron-plus once daily.
