Hi,

There are many reasons for the muscle cramps in your body, the one which I may infer from your history looks like dehydration, dehydration and increase in potassium level in blood look like the cause.

You can't start taking steroid directly. You need to take a good amount of fluids, calcium. I think that will be enough for you.

You can take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication combined with muscle relaxants if there is any need but only after consulting your general physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
