What Causes Severe Muscle Spasms, Fever, Severe Fatigue, Chills And Sweats?

My husband has been having severe muscle spasms, fever, severe fatigue,chills,sweats, loss of appetite general weakness and joint pain. We thought it was a virus and would go away but this is week 3. Trying to think back, i remembered he had got bitten by a tic wich is still not completely heàled. It also left a black, greenish hole in his leg. And is still pinkish around the bite. Do u think this iß what could be making him sick?

These symptoms may be because of infection in body either bacteria or viral infection. You should give your husband lots of plenty of fluids. Glucose and fruits juices. Give him nutritional and balance diet properly. If still problem remain same then get a CBC with ESR and widal test done first . and urine culture test done. Share reports for further management.
