What Causes Severe Nausea Along With Vomiting And Fatigue?

I was perfectly healthy yesterday until randomly in the afternoon i was overcome with extreme nausea. I put it down to extreme heat. After laying down and resting it eventuated into actual vomiting and lasted through out the night even waking me from sleep to vomit. I woke up this morning feeling extremely weak and barely able to stand straight for short periods of time. The nausea has now passed but i feel very sick still and extremely weak.

Severe nausea and vomiting are symptoms of gastro-enteritis for which you can take zifi-oz or oflox-tz after an expert opinion along with cyclopam if pain is there. Take rekool-d or pantop-dsr empty stomach for severe nausea and vomiting. Drink plenty of oral fluids or ORS or lemon juice to maintain the hydration of your body.
