What Causes Severe Nausea, Headaches, Dizziness And Delayed Menstruation?

Me and my partner have intercourse on the 20th 21st and the 28th my last period was march 8th my next period was due on April 6th but i was late. Af started the 9th but I m having really bad nausea, headaches and very dizzy. Theses aren t my usual pms symptoms. Could i be pregnant? Or what do you possibly think is wrong?

I appreciate your concern for the delayed menses.

In view of multiple unprotected sex during the fertile period there is a strong possibility of pregnancy.

Assuming 8th March as your First day of last menstrual cycle (probabble date of ovulation: March 22, and possible dates of conception: March 18 to March 26, 2015) there is a strong possibility of pregnancy.

The symptoms described along with peri-implantation bleeding/spotting, breast soreness & mild abdominal cramps could be due to early pregnancy.

So, in view of the above explanation, get the urine pregnancy test done to confirm the pregnancy.
