hello im a 46 yr old male with severe neck pain...had a cervical fusion...c3c4c5 back in 07. ive used pain management docs with good results. im looking for a opiate based drug that has the longest strongest effects. would you suggest hydrmorphone xr or opana or what

it is due to restriction of mobility might have compressed the nerve. apply neck color. avoid pillow at bed time use hard bed. apply analgesic ointment and take tab hifenac p for 5days.apply hot compression.
