Hello, I will be happy to answer your query. There are numerous reasons for a person to sweat heavily.Warm temperature or strenous physical activity is most commonly associated with exceesive sweating. However you may also sweat because of high fever. It can be even be a side effect of a drug or sign of conditions such as menopause, anxiety, thyroid, diabetes, obesity, tuberculosis. However excessive daytime sweating because of no apparent reason and that disappears when you sleep is called as focal hyperhidrosis, and it isnt associated with any underlying condition. I think you should consult your physician and rule out the other causes of excessive sweating.
