If you have numbness along with the movement loss on your left side face I suggest to visit immediate. Because it may be something called bells palsy where half of the face is numb or paralytic and need proper treatment. Don t get panic it is completely treatable condition. But if your facial muscle is fine and you are able to do all face action then I suggest use hot pack at your neck level as well as near to ear level because here is the place where facial nerve gets issue. Some times it you also have ear pain along with this then it shows you have ear infection and in that case you need to visit ear specialist and need to take ear drops with some antibiotics or Anti-inflammatory drugs.
