had surgery 5 months ago having a huge issue with pain right now worse than when I broke it drs decided to go in and remove hardware didn t do anything to cause this huge flair up will diclofenac dr 75 mg tablet one tablet by mouth 2 times a day help it at all it is so painful have it wrapped in ice

I see that the pain is not managed with Diclofenac. I would suggest you another pain killer for the pain such as Codeine twice a day for the pain. It is a prescribed medication.
I also suggest you to do some examinations to evaluate the cause of the pain.
