Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your problem.
Apparently the pain n blood in the are suggestive of bleeding either frim kidney, ureter, or urinary bladder the most common cause being stones in the urinary tract.
The size n location and other complications have to be defined by an ultrasound n the treatment depends upon the report.
Meanwhile take plenty of oral fluids,
NSAID pain killers , Antospasmodic and urinary alkalinizer like sodium citrate.
Consult your urology surgeon after the results.
Best of your health.
