What Causes Severe Pain And Numbness In Upper Left Arm?

Hello I ve had limited range of motion in my left arm. If I move it a certain way I have severe stabbing pain in my upper arm for bout a month now but today I now have some numbness on the underside of upper left arm. Also some discomfort in my left shoulder blade area

Heart related problem cause pain at left arm area.
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
