What Causes Severe Pain And Soreness On Scalp, Ringing In Ears, Internal Headaches With High BP?

I have had severe pain and soreness on my scalp for the last 4 years. I also recently have had ringing in my ears, internal headaches. I have high blood pressure. Periodically my scalp itches and becomes white. I need to know if I need to see a neurologist. I have been to a dermatologist and a allergy doctor. What could possibly be the issue?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that the problem is the sinusitis, probably the frontal, and maxillary etc. The other causes may be the fungal or bacterial infection of the scalp.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, phenylefrine hydrochloride, levocitrizine, and paracetamol and ketokonazole shampoo.
Avoid taking fruits, juices, ice water, ice cream, and the things allergic to you.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
