General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some degenerative changes in the joint and knee muscles and ligaments.
Go for x-ray knee joint.
Go for patellar and thigh muscles exercises.
Do not bend the joint more.
Avoid squatting position.
Take some calcium supplements.
Ok and take care.
