I have low back pain and extreme stiffness in the morning. Both of my hand gets sore and wrists get weak, usually not at the same time. Seems more joint related. Sometimes I get nerve pain in my fingers . Sometimes pain on top of right foot and now left leg up per righ of knee. Years ago was diagnosed with herniated disk 5. I don t have a regular doctor and need to know if there is a specific kind of doctor I should see. Also, could this all be back related or possibly arthritis or fibromyalgia? Who can help me get to the bottom of this? It s been going on for months now. I m tired of being in pain and missing too much work.
