What Causes Severe Pain And Stiffness In The Lower Extremities?

What can be the cause of severe pain and stiffness in lower extremities? My hips hurt so bad that I can t even sleep on my sides anymore. The worst part is when I get up after sitting for a while. I can hardly walk. My feet also hurt so bad they feel bruised.

what is your age. exclude diabetes. might be having peripheral neuritis refrain from smoking and taking alcohol.consult orthopedic surgeon to exclude pivd in lumbosacral spine.
