What Causes Severe Pain And Swelling Around The Anus?
Sir I am 56 years old.About 5 months back. I got swear pain at my anal spot, I immediately contacted Homeo doctor and he gave me one dose of Acid Nitric 200 and I became normal. Now after 5 months again swear pain started on Anal Spot, once again I took same medicine but no gain and the pain and swelling started outside mouth of Anal. One small Gaanth (swelled gland) appeared on spot, I contacted Allopathic doctor and he diagnosed it a fissure with small pus. He pressed and the pus came out. He gave me Antibiotics and some gain is there but not fully cured. Still I am feeling pain, swelling there. Kindly suggest me permanent treatment. Regards

fissure is the normal break in epithelial of anus.
it will take time to get cured.
you should try to remove the precipitated factor of it. eg. stress,chronic constipation ,hard stool, certain food,tobaco or alcohol habit etc.
