Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe pain and swelling below the eye . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like angiomas , acne , allergic , eczema , psoriasis and scabies . Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order skin test or allergy test along with blood test . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with antibiotics and anti inflammatory and corticosteroid ointment . Doctor may also refer you to ophthalmologist for eye problem. I would suggest you to maintain proper hygiene , take antihistamine like benadryl , prevent your skin and eye from direct sun light , wear eyeglasses and avoid applying any cosmetic . Also protect your eye from direct sun rays .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
