What Causes Severe Pain And Swelling In Knees And Lower Back After C-section?

Hi - I had a c-section 9 weeks ago, with epidural, my recovery is going well. I used to run before, durink pregnancy and I have been jogging since week 6 post delivery short distances. From last week after 3Km outside run, I have mid to strong pain in my knees, they seem slightly swollen and slightly warm from insite. I have lower back pain - mainly in the morning, and wrists pain too. No shoulder pain at present. Any auggestion for a fast recovery?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the arthritis condition of knee then it need to be confirmed first and for that better to get done the x-ray of knee till then you can have Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, try not to bend the knee joint hope this information helps.
