What Causes Severe Pain And Swelling In Testicles During Intercourse?

Hi my son is now 20, but has suffered from pain shrinkage hardness burning sometimes, trouble peeing.and pain during intercourse. He was at the hospital for what they thought was tortion of his testicles and operated, didn t see one. He could nt pee, so the nurse tried to use a catheter and had to use the smallest one because of swelling, she said. He dribbles alot because he can t empty his bladder. He also has alot of pain in his lower right side. They said his secum was swollen in his collen or something. He has been to urologists and they did no tests, don t know. He was told it might be a tight pelvic floor and has had some treatment with no results. As you can well imagine he is very depressed. He is waiting for a C.T. scan for pelvis. Hi, his symptoms are primarily suggestive of urinary tract infection. CT scan may not be necessary at this stage, however, since it is awaited, let us see if it can pick any abnormality in the pelvis so that it could be treated.
But for now, you can get a simple urine examination done for sugar, protein and microscopy. You can also get a urine culture & sensitivity done.
If this is suggestive of infection, get it treated with appropriate antibiotics.
