What Causes Severe Pain And Tenderness Below The Left Shoulder Blade?
my husband has severe pain and tenderness just below his left shoulder blade. He says the pain is worse than his degenerative disc disease and gout in his foot combined. The pain is constant, throbbing with every heartbeat. There is no surface swelling as if there were a pulled muscle. No bruising. This has gone on for over a year and is steadily getting worse.

it is due to degenerative disc disease take MRI and consult neurosurgeon for examination and advise on treatment.
