What Causes Severe Pain And Tightness Around Head?

Hello Doctor, I have feeling a lot of pain in my head (on the Back side & Neck). Pain is steady, and usually felt on both sides of the head. It feels like somebody is tightening a giant vise around my head. I have this pain from last 3 days and now i can not see the things properly.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If the headache is associated with a change of your vision it would be best to visit your doctor for an assessment.

The most common cause of headaches are : tension headaches, migraines, sinus headaches, due to trauma.
Migraines can be associated with change in vision but this is not normally seen in the other causes of headaches.
Typically migraines cause pain on one side of the head but can vary from one person to the next.

I hope this helps
