Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having Sciatica pain producing this typical type of pain.
If you are elderly then this can be due to having some degenerative changes in your lower vertebrae giving rise pinched nerve pre3ssure.
Go for x-ray lumbeo-sacral region to find spondilitis.
Go for back extension exercises daily.
Avoid bending and heavy weight lifting.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements and B1, B6, B12 injections or medicines.
Ok and take care.
