Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to less lubrication or not properly broken hymen or vaginismus. Avoid tampons and used pads while having periods. Using water based lubricants like K Y jelly is also good. Have enough foreplay to get enough natural lubrication and relaxation of vaginal opening. If still you have his then better to get it examined by a gynecologist. If everything is fine then it can be vaginismus which psycological and in such case you can get a counselling by sex therapist or psycologist. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
