What Causes Severe Pain Behind The Left Shoulder Blade?

I have very serious pain behind my left shoulde blade, i had a fall about 3 bawayyears ago of about 15 feet on a blunt rock, pain went away for some time, it is now back very seriously. I can feel it, it is very odd feeling with the pain, nerves down my left arm kinda tingle

behindhand eye fall on rock and pain on shoulder blade are not related. they are to be separatly diagnosed and treated. itis all late. for eye refraction taking iot and fundus examination is required. if thereis error detected it should be corrected have to consult orthopaedic surgeon for examination and MRI of effected part for detecting old fracture.might be some pressure on nerve.tngling is neurogenic problem for irritation of nerve.giveproper history of part hit at the time of fall. might have caused concussion be surgical procedure is requered for effected part.after fal if you have attended any hospital then examination report should be sent.
