What Causes Severe Pain Below The Rib Cage?

I get extreme pain under my ribcage when I eat. This doesn t happen all the time but it is happening more and more. This week 3 attacks. My stomach will go rock hard. I have been tested for Hpyllori and I have had ultrasounds all coming back with no results. Sometimes I think its indigestion but the pain is so extreme I feel it could be more. I watch what I eat and make healthy choices.

you eat little less in all your meals. .i want to say dont eat full stomach.drink plenty of water. have you done chest x ray if not please do it and revert. mean while you take nox vomica 200, one drops in 1/2 cup of water before sleeping for 7 days and revert. thanks
