What Causes Severe Pain Between The Hips?
I m 54 - in good shape (healthy) I get very severe pain between my hips - this flares up about every 3 months. my nephew has crones disease and i m wondering if this could be something along those lines. I get diarrhea with the severe pain. this is not a back pain and i have had a hysterectomy so its nothing to do with my girl parts. any suggestions? Thank you, Lori

You get pain only when there is history of injury infection or overstrain don't come into assumption while comparing other problems. Do some mild stretching exercises or yoga to get rid of your problem. Consult your doctor to rule out any infection.
