What Causes Severe Pain Between The Shoulder Blades?

I have a shooting pain between my shoulder blades, hurts to take a deep breath or even move , thought maybe muscle strain but havent done anything to strain that area..today hurts in the same area but in the front when I eat or swallow , any ideas? Its not heart burn or acid reflux

it might be esoplageal spasm or it might be a lung d's such as pnuemothorax
