I am experiencing an excruciating pain while I urinate. I am a young female and am currently on my period but I do not think that is the cause of the pain as I was beginning to experience it days before and still now as I am coming to the end of my cycle. The pain only occurs when i have completely urinated and it s like a sharp pain and eases as I tense my vagina
