I was forced to go back to work in horrible pain. then i again injured my lower back which caused a bulging disc in my lower back. continuaing on i was thrown onto a concrete floor and injured my mid back...at first i thought it was broken as i could not move from the waist down. trying to get up cause tremendous pain, with no doctor willing to look to wee what was wrong i suffered so horrible i wanted to die...i had small children so that was out of the question. one dr. who was a mentor had me describe the pain...he nailed it...i also had annular tears all down my spine....spyn..something among many other injuries i can t prenounce. Hello,

As this is cervical spine disc Degenerative disease, I will advise taking an MRI Frist if you can. Now follow the steps and keep patience while the process goes on. It will help you ease the pain and aches.

Use cervical spine soft collar to stabilize the spine, by which the nerve root entrapment will be released and so does the radiation of the pain.

Use hot water fermentation so the muscles get relaxed as they are already in spasm.

Ask any family member to go gentle kneeding massage to the cervical spine, shoulder, Trapezius muscle and inter-scapular muscle. Do simple static neck exercises and shoulder stabilization exercises. Follow this routine.

Also, learn some inter-scapular muscle strengthening exercises. You can find that online too.

Now coming to the understanding about the cervical spine disc disease, due to muscle weaknes the bones of the spine becomes unstable and leads the pressure over the intervertebral disc.

This will move from its normal position and apply pressure over the nerve. Which will affect the muscles and lead to pain and weakness?

Following the above-mentioned procedure will help you reduce the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
