What Causes Severe Pain From Hip To Knees?

Have extreme pain in my left leg, the section from the hip to knee anterior part. It started about three days ago. Thought possibly pulled a muscle or ? but really have difficulty walking now and question if something else is going on; had double by-pass operation 1 and a half years ago. Can u help or advise my next actions BTW am a Vet and go to the VA here for all my medical. Tks

Well come to HCM
This could be muscular pain and may not be anything to take with cardiac condition or anything you can try any NSAID (Non-steroid Anti-inflammatory drug) and best medicine would be Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, no need to worry about this, take care.
