Hello,
Dear it could be the sciatic pain.This type of pain can occur when shiatic nerve gets pressed during passing through hip (pelvic) area.
To decrease pain routine pain killers and physiotherapy is advised.If pain increases I would suggest MRI lumbar and sacral spine to rule out didc prolapse.
