What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen Along With Frequent Bowels?
Having trouble since last week....I am here for s training program in Bangalore India..the hotel food is quite good and I have been taking double the food of what I eat regularly...now since 4days I have the sensation of pain and have to use washroom for 3 times a day...can u suggest any medicine I can take to cure this....(India)

Abdomen pain and frequent bowel is a symptom of amebiosis. Check out for mucus in stools, motion test will reveal cysts. If the stool is blood stained possibility of bacterial dysentery should be considered. I advice you to take tablets cifran 500 mg along with tinidazole 600 mg twice daily for 4 days
