What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen Radiating To Back Post Colonoscopy?

I have severe pain in left side through to my back It is a inflamed colon from a colonoskopy .the dr gave me flagyl..but what can i do beside pain pills for the pain....?heating pad or ice pac or just the diet .it really wasnt from what i ate just complications from the colonoskopy. You can take antacid to relief your symptoms and if it doesn’t go away then go to ER for cardiac evaluation and treatment.
