It can be from intervertebral disc herniation or cervical spondylosis or from the level below that. A physical examination by an orthopaedician and nerve conduction studies will be helpful to rule out this. X ray and MRI might be required to confirm it also. NSAIDs like ketoprofen,muscle relaxants like tizanidine and neurotropic drugs like pregabalin and methyl cobalamin will be helpful.
