What Causes Severe Pain In Back Along With Vaginal Bleeding Post Trauma?

Last night I fell down the stairs with my 2 week old niece in one hand and a dish in the other and my mid back caught all the impact (baby and dish untouched) sitting at the bottom of the stairs after the fall I was nauseous for about 30 minutes and in pain that I was crying, but now I wake up the next morning and I m slightly bleeding bright red as if I m having my period (I m not though) and my mid back is killing me anytime I move and I feel kinda stiff ? Am I going to be ok ? Is this normal for a fall?

I really appreciate your concern, history of fall and have spotting P/V could be just co-incidence and it may not be due to fall, so no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
