What Causes Severe Pain In Back Radiating To Neck?
I am having back pain for the last 3 years, i have consulted more than 10 doctors now pain has spread to all my back including neck. I have done all the test that doctors prescribed but nothing wrong has been spotted. Now some doctors says reason for pain may be of nerves. Kindly guide.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe pain in back radiating to neck. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cervical spondylosis , cervical radiculopathy , trapezius muscle trigger point or spin injury like compressed fracture . I would suggest you to apply warm compresses to back and neck thrice a day , take proper rest , sleep on hard flat mattress , do not sit or stand in one pose for long times and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . If condition persist then consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan or MRI to confirm the diagnosis .
