What Causes Severe Pain In Back, Upper Abdomen And Body Swelling?
My urine sample came back with high bile count, l am having a lot of back pain and upper abdomen pain for a few months. lately I feel swollen. also I have a lump some swelling on left side under breast goes around to my back area. get gas all day, I have more frequent headaches as well.

You will need to have some tests to check your liver. An abdominal ultrasound will give information on the liver structure, gallbladder, and pancreas. Also, some blood tests are needed such as ALT, AST, bilirubin, amylase, lipase, ALP, protein in the blood (albumin level specifically), etc.
