What Causes Severe Pain In Between The Ribs While Coughing And Sneezing?
2 1/2 months ago I had bronchitis and was coughing so hard it felt like someone was stabbing me in the rib. Went to the ER and they took a chest x-ray. Said nothing was fractured and called it plueresy. Sent me home with muscle relaxers and pain meds which didn t help at all. The pain is still there, on my right side, between the ribs. The pain is constant, but really really bad if I cough or sneeze. 2.5 months seems like a long time for this to still be going on??
