What Causes Severe Pain In Chest?
I am having heavy chest pains in the center of my chest.. almost feels like more of a burning as well.. but more of the heavy pain as if someone is pushing on my chest... I dont have a fever, dont feel dizzy, what could this be.. its annoying enough to hurt... it comes and goes.. but the dull pain just last for hour or mroe at times

This is typical symptom of GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease ) and this can be best treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day with Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, hope this information helps.
