There is no direct relation of deltoid pain and
cholesterol lowering medicine intake. You are at advantage that no other associated disease in you.
Had you told about your lipid levels, my assessment would have been more specific. However when you want to lower the
lipids, there are safe, side effects less, economic and easy to take Ayurveda medicines available which not only lowers lipids but also gives strength to other organs of body being holistic in effect. Even healthy people are given these medicines for other uses.
To my own patients I recommend
Triphala powder ( available in capsule forms too) available all over the globe. I personally prefer Himalya co's product but many other good cos. are there in market. Also Medohar guggul is medicine of choice in classical Ayurveda products.
These both separate/ combined lowers lipids, triglycerides and cleanses atheroscleromatic changes inside capillaries even. You may see research papers on net. Guggul also cures pains but essentially is not a pain killer unlike toxic pain killers.
Rather make use of an opportunity coming on 21 June as World
Yoga Day where 35 minutes free lesson would be imparted all over the world which you can adopt in future for correcting cholesterol too. Then if you do not like, you always have option to stop these to switch back to toxic allopathy drugs.
Triphala alone or combined with guggul may have to be taken for long but it will successively improve the vitality of systems in body. But then cholesterol lowering
allopathic medicine are also taken for life constantly causing side effects too.
Choice should be discretionary. Enjoy healthy life by adopting herbals and Yoga for correcting lifestyle ailments.
Hope it helps you.
