Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe pain in ears along with intermittent headaches. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like problem related to ear for example ear infection , meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma and other conditions like symptoms of stroke or heart attack or severe infection. Need not to worry. You should take proper rest , avoid bending forward and do not exert your body. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , examine with otoscope , CT scan and and balancing test . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drugs , antibiotics , anti inflammatory or doctor may refer you to cardiologist.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
