What Causes Severe Pain In Foot Radiating To Arch, Ankle And Toes?
I have developed severe foot pain. It started on the outside of my left foot between my small toe and heel. I soaked in warm epsom salt water and followed with cold water soak. This seemed to help some, but the condition has moved to my right foot and the pain is in my arch, ankle and above my toes.

It may be due to nerve compression at lumbar spine level.
For further assessment I would suggest you to do MRI back, nerve conduction studies after spine surgeon consultation.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally.
You may require tablet Pregabalin and tableting multivitamin after consultation.
Do regular physical therapy
