Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am having pain in my left foot. it started as a cramping in my arch at night. Then when I get up I am having a very bad pain in my heel an can barely walk. After I am up on it for awhile the pain is not nearly as bad. I would like to know what is causing this problem, and what I can do to help with natural foods, etc. rather than taking pain medications.
First should determine the right diagnosis. Should run x-ray of heel and foot. Measure blood electrolytes. Measure CRP, ERS and arthritis test. Take magnesium supplement. Avoid high food high calories foods.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
