Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had these symptoms for about three months. It hurts on the bottom of my foot near the heel. It feels worse when I don t put weight on it or take long walks. I ve had heel spurs on my right heel which I had treated. These new pains in my left heel feels different.
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
The pain you are feeling on the bottom of your food near the heal might be due to : - local trauma (especially if you have worn bad-supporting shoes) - arthritis
Spurs can appear even to the left heel as it was in your right heel. X-ray of the heel is advised to rule it out.
I advise to: - take oral pain-killers - apply local analgesics
Hope it was of help! Dr.Albana
