What Causes Severe Pain In Hip Radiating To Thighs During Menstruation?

I ve had bad hip pain with my menstrual cycle for a while now. It s now radiating to my thighs and hips. The pain is awful. I m lying down with a heating pad after taking Advil and it s not working. I have not injured myself. My flow has always been heavy, no change. Any ideas what this could be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, musculoskeletal problem is very likely and this can be best managed with "Tab Diclofenac" 50 mg once in day, menses and hip pain are not related, some time this could be due to sciatica too, better to rule out this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
