Noted your history of diagnosed case of
fibromyalgia, developed pains in shoulder, hip and knees, lower back and left sided tenderness, urine smells ammonia when in attack.
As per the history you have provided this looks to be increased attack of fibromyalgia causing stretched tendons over the joints causing pains or can be due to primary joint problems due to
arthritis wherein the cause has to be found by relevant blood tests and other investigations.
Clinical evaluation by a Doctor can help you further.
Also get urine checked when it smells like ammonia.
And get treated accordingly.
Avoid
stress and
anxiety as these are the commonest instigating or enhancing factors.
