What Causes Severe Pain In Joints Along With Tiredness And Shortness Of Breath?

Hi i had shingles last christmas - well the doctors were not 100% sure but treated me for it anyway. Im a fitness instructor and also had a CABG in 2007 (family genetics). Over the last year ive become very tired, have red sore eyes, im really struggling with my running and have gone from running 10k to not managing a mile in one hit as i get breathless. More recently my joints are so very painful. Im 51 and have 2 children. I work full time. Usual stresses of family life, plus going thriugh a divorce sadly. Thanks for any help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to stress. I suggest to do a complete blood count, a rheumatoid factor level and ERS level.I also suggest to take a multivitamin supplement. I recommend to follow a healthy lifestyle , eat healthy and drink a lot of liquids. I also suggest daily exercise.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
