What Causes Severe Pain In Joints Of Hands, Shoulders And Legs?
Sed rate 50 .. Have hx.copd Have recently had joint pain in Hands shoulders , leg .sudden onset Had lasted 3 wks . Lab drawn Yesterday . Uric acid normal Sed rate only elevation . Hbg 10 Shot of celestone yesterday. Symptoms Almost none today . Is RA a possibility

RA usually doesn't affect large joints like shoulders so it is unlikely to be RA.
Since you symptoms subisded with only one shot of celestone it could be just due to a condition called Post Viral Polyarthralgia. This is a condition which happens following a viral infection and the pain can last for weeks and responds very well to steroids ( Celestone is a steroid )
There is no need to worry but you may require oral steroid medications for a week or two. Kindly consult your doctor regarding that.
